Shipping Information
All our orders are shipped by UPS courier ground services, therefore we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours; Monday through Friday 09:00 - 17:00 Eastern Time, excluding holidays. UPS delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone (in most cases it averages 5 - 7 business days; 9 business days to California). For down comforters and pillows, shipment will be arranged within 3 business days. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. No additional freight charges will be incurred on any items backordered.
